Due to ongoing concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are temporarily triaging all requests for appointments including online appointment bookings.
This is to ensure we are able to fully assess risk before appointments are booked at the surgery.
As you will be aware the practice uses eConsult and patients are advised to seek advice via this service.
If a face to face appointment in the surgery is required once your eConsult has been triaged by a doctor, then you will be informed of how to make that appointment directly.
Please see the link further down on this home page for further information and access to the eConsult service.
For any general information on coronavirus please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
Our doctors typically see four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible.
However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend the practice. Please ring 823502 before 11am to request a visit.
You will be asked your name, address and the reason for the visit so that the doctors can decide priority for urgent cases.
You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor or nurse. He or she will ring you at an agreed time on the telephone number you have given
